Fixed the problem that MariaDB cannot be started if MariaDB 10.8 or later was selected with kusanagi init command or kusanagi dbinit command.

Support for Nginx 1.25 has been added.
The default value for kusanagi init command has been changed to Nginx 1.25.
Although Nginx 1.23 can still be used, it is recommended to migrate to Nginx 1.25 as it will not be maintained.
Use kusanagi nginx command to migrate to Nginx 1.25

# kusanagi nginx --use nginx125
