KUSANAGI9 Module Update

KUSANAGI9 modules have been updated.

Failure of Microsoft Azure Linux Agent (waagent) on Microsoft Azure environment has been fixed.

The updated modules are as follows:

python	3.9.15-2.el8

The module update can be applied with the following command:

# dnf update

If you run on Micosoft Azure environment, you need to restart Microsoft Azure Linux Agent (waagent) with the following command:

# systemctl restart waagent.service
